    We require that your billing and shipping addresses match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud and ensure the security of your purchase.

    We ship worldwide through Sendcloud. Shipping rates and delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary depending on your location.

    If you haven’t received a confirmation email within an hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think your email address was entered incorrectly, contact us through the form with your order number and last name, and we’ll resend your confirmation.

    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped through Sendcloud, you’ll receive a tracking email with updates from the courier.
    Delivery within the EU usually takes 2–5 business days, while international orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

    If you’re in the EU, there are no extra taxes or customs fees. If you’re ordering from outside the EU, your country may charge import duties or taxes.

    Nac-Nomadic isn’t responsible for these charges — they’ll be up to you as the buyer.

    Shipping

    This website is operated by Nac-Nomadic, a company specializing in streetwear design, production, and sales. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Limburg, The Netherlands.

    Please allow us 2–5 business days for order processing and preparation. Shipping times may vary and can be affected by high order volumes. Deliveries are handled by express couriers, with rates calculated at checkout based on your location.

    Free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount, depending on your region. If you’re unable to receive your delivery, the courier will arrange a new delivery attempt.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met: The item is faulty, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging with all labels attached. The wrong size was ordered. (We recommend checking our size guide or inbox for sizing advice in our Instagram before purchasing.) If the size doesn’t fit and you’d like to return or exchange it, return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We also accept exchanges for incorrect sizes if the item(s) are still in stock. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
